At GarageForge, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below.

Before your order is dispatched

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UK time) are usually processed the same day, so please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

After your order is dispatched

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you no longer want the item, you can request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders
